6. Payment Terms and Pricing

6.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services will be specified in individual project agreements or quotes. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements. Generally, we require:

• Advance payment or deposit before project commencement
• Payment of invoices within 30 days of issue date
• Late payment charges may apply as permitted by law

6.3 Taxes

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate ongoing services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations or mediation.
